Day 19 'Fall Essentials Challenge'

The "Fall Essentials Challenge' will be coming to an end this week but I'm determined to end the week strong with some really fun looks. This one in particular is one of my favorites, I recently added my final 23rd piece, Old Navy's Rock Star grey denim and could not be more pleased with them. I had to try several styles and sizes before finalizing my selection but it was well worth the time and patiance. The Rock Star's are comfortable and at a price point of $34 (not on sale!) you really cannot go wrong. If you are looking to add some cute, comfortable, and inexpensive pieces to your fall wardrobe I highly recommend making a stop at Old Navy! Here are some things I'm currently eyeing from their latest collection- flannel button down, glasses shirt, poncho, & heels!

Day 11 'Fall Essentials Challenge'

The 'Holy Chic' tee is back and let me tell you the price per wear of this shirt had been phenomenal (now just $7.50)! Its actually got me thinking more an more about the ever popular graphic tee and how such a simple and inexpensive piece can be such a game changer in a look. My look today is very casual but with a clean pair of jeans, heels, and a blazer this tee easily takes you into a night on the town. Check out some of my favorite graphic tees here, here, and here.

Birthday Girl

We snapped these shots right after my birthday dinner at Westward on South Lake Union. Needless to say if you live in Seattle you must check it out, the ambiance and food are spectacular. I usually opt for a more feminine look on my birthday but could not wait to wear this adorable graphic tee from Old Navy! I love the simplicity of it and pairing it with my leather jacket seemed to suit the look. I'm also pretty crazy about these neon sandals I scored at Old Navy for $6, they may only last a season but they do the job in adding a little extra pep to my step.

Blue + White

Dresses seem to be one of the only things I feel comfortable in when trying to beat the hot summer heat! Last week in Seattle temps hit the high 80's and this week they are forecasting temps to be in the 90's. In that kind of heat all I really want to do is lay out next to a pool. Since that's not an option, I have been on the search for great everyday dresses. This one from Old Navy is exactly the thing to wear when its HOT, the linen makes it lightweight and breathable and the embroidered flowers add a touch of style!
